Job summary

Cove in Jakarta is seeking an Account Associate for a 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment. The role is based at our Blok M office and focuses on building strong client relationships while analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities. You will conduct training, prepare client reports, and support SOP implementation, renewals, and negotiations under the Sr.

Account Manager. Bachelor degree required; real estate/hospitality/startup experience preferred; strong

• Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, and/or early-stage startup preferred.
• Tech-savvy, ability to write product documentation and understand users’ pain points.
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Data analysis and Excel basics (pivot tables, formulas).

• Conduct regular training sessions for partners’ teams to ensure effective implementation of SOPs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and account review materials for clients
• Identify account growth opportunities and support partners in resolving operational issues when needed
• Conduct routine property inspections and submit inspection reports to ensure compliance
• Support contract renewals and negotiations
