Job summary

PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani is seeking a Project/Program Manager to translate client needs into structured programs and BRDs. You will manage offline and digital platform projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are aligned with client goals.

Based in Jabodetabek, you will coordinate with trainers, vendors, and product teams, write UAT scenarios, and deliver SOPs and training materials for successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferred fields include management, psychology, education, or information systems.
• At least 2 years managing client projects or programs, including 1+ year as PM or Program Lead.
• Proven experience turning client needs into training programs and BRDs.
• Experience with digital platforms such as LMS, assessments, or hiring platforms.
• Ability to translate client wishes into written business requirements and rules.
• Comfort writing UAT scenarios, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Strong budgeting skills, margins, and multitasking across projects.
• Proficient with PM tools: RACI, Gantt charts, Notion, Asana, Coda.
• Strong communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and experts.
• Based in Jabodetabek; open to hybrid work and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Understand and shape client needs.
• Explore needs and define problems to design program objectives, format, and success metrics.
• Lock scope against client-approved proposals with clear out-of-scope items.
• Write BRDs and business rules for each module you own.
• Deliver offline programs: training, bootcamps, events.
• Develop program content in-house or with external experts.
• Deliver platform-based projects: identify required features and write acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to testing; run UAT per scenario.
• Create SOPs and user training when modules ship; support operations.
• Build work plans, timelines, and RACI; coordinate with trainers, vendors, and product team.
• Manage budgets to maintain at least 50% margin; negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare weekly client reports with next steps; maintain logs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality; summarize evaluations and impact; run retrospectives.
• Facilitate follow-on opportunities with Project Leader and sales.
