• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve program objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth.
• Prepare regular progress reports, financial statements, and other documentation for program stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to program management and education.
