Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead youth-focused initiatives. You will drive the SejutaCita programs from concept through execution, coordinating with schools, partners, and sponsors to maximize impact.

The role requires strong marketing and project management experience, excellent coordination and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a proactive, highly organized approach to managing multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and project management, preferably in education or non-profit sectors.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills; ability to keep initiatives moving.
• Clear communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive applications, engagement, and visibility of SejutaCita programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners for seamless execution.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and improve program quality.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, and sponsors.
