PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani is seeking a Project/Program Manager to translate client needs into structured programs and BRDs. You will manage offline and digital platform projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are aligned with client goals.
Based in Jabodetabek, you will coordinate with trainers, vendors, and product teams, write UAT scenarios, and deliver SOPs and training materials for successful implementation and client satisfaction.
About the Role Join Rakamin's Talent Solution (TS) team, where every project is bespoke and built around the client. You'll be the bridge between our Project Leader and clients. You'll turn what clients want into clear programs and business requirements, then take each project from kickoff to client acceptance and operational readiness.
Projects come in two forms:
Without a digital platform: offline training, internal bootcamps, IDPs, roadshows, and events.
With a digital platform: LMS, assessment, and hiring platform implementations.
Job Descriptions
Understand and shape client needs
Explore client needs (brief, TNA, or training request), define the real problem behind each request, and turn it into a program design: objectives, participants, format, duration, and success measures.
Lock program scope against the client-approved proposal or run-down, with a clear out-of-scope list.
Write the business requirements and business rules for every module or project component you own.
Deliver programs without a digital platform
Run offline training, internal bootcamps, IDPs, roadshows, and offline, online, or hybrid events, from preparation and registration to event day and follow-up.
Develop program content, either in-house or by hiring experts, and make sure it meets program objectives and quality standards.
Deliver projects with a digital platform
Understand which platform and features the client needs. When existing platforms fall short, write the requirements and acceptance criteria and raise them to the product team.
Keep traceability from requirement to implementation to test, so every build traces back to a need, and run UAT with a pass or fail verdict per scenario.
Deliver SOPs and user training when the module or platform ships, then run participant operations.
Control the project
Build work plans, timelines, and RACI; lead coordination with trainers, experts, vendors, and the product team.
Manage budgets to keep a minimum 50% margin, including vendor and expert negotiation.
Decide change requests with a recorded impact assessment, and flag risks to the Project Leader early.
Report and grow the account
Send weekly client reports that always propose the next step, and keep the decision and change logs up to date.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, summarise participant evaluations and program impact, and run retrospectives.
Pass follow-on and upsell opportunities to the Project Leader and sales team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field; Management, Psychology, Education, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Communications preferred.
At least 2 years managing client projects or programs, including 1+ year as a Project Manager, Project Officer, Program/Event Lead, or Product/Business Analyst.
Proven experience taking training, bootcamps, or B2B events from client needs to evaluation.
Experience with projects using digital platforms such as an LMS, assessment, or hiring platform.
Able to translate client wishes into written business requirements and rules, and to judge which platform features are needed.
Comfortable writing UAT scenarios, SOPs, and user training materials.
Experienced in managing budgets, margins, and multiple projects at once.
Proficient with PM tools (RACI, Gantt charts, Notion, Asana, Coda, or similar).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients, vendors, and experts.
Based in Jabodetabek, open to hybrid work and occasional travel for roadshows.
Nice to Have
Experience in HR tech, edtech, HR consulting, or training and development.
Has built a TNA, program design, or training content.
Has written a BRD or user stories.
Has run events with 1,000+ participants.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum, or ECBA certification.
