Job summary

PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani seeks a hands-on product manager/business analyst to own client modules end-to-end, from process mapping to acceptance testing.

You will map current-state processes, write requirements and rules, craft Given/When/Then acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from requirement to test. Working in Bahasa Indonesia and English, you will collaborate with engineers, prepare SOPs, and deliver client reports and edge-case reviews.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in product management, business analysis, or delivery consulting.
• Ability to turn a messy client ask into a current-state process map that shows where the real problem sits.
• Ability to write numbered, testable acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then form that engineers can build from.
• Comfortable with client data: checks quality, spots empty/duplicate/malformed fields, maps meaning in process.
• Ability to write UAT scenarios to test whether the client problem is solved, and maintains pass/fail criteria.
• Ability to keep a clean record: decisions, changes, and reasoning behind them.
• Ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers without oversimplifying the build.
• Works in Bahasa Indonesia and English with client stakeholders.
• Uses AI as leverage across the role and verifies its output before clients/engineers see it.

Responsibilities

• Map the client's current-state process, identify bottlenecks, and name the real problem behind the stated ask.
• Write the business requirements and the business rules for your module.
• Write the numbered, testable acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then form for engineers to build against.
• Explore the client's data, check it for quality, and map what each field means in the process.
• Maintain traceability from requirement to implementation to test so builds trace back to a need.
• Write UAT scenarios from the process map and problem statement, and validate the problem is solved.
• Deliver SOPs and training when your module ships.
• Join engineers' story kickoffs and walk them through edge cases before coding.
• Draft weekly client reports for the Senior Product Consultant to approve.
• Keep meeting notes, decision log, and change-request log as the record everyone uses.
