Qualifications
- Minimum S1 degree in IT, Information Systems, Information Technology, Geomatics, Geography, or related field
- Experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis or System Analysis
- Understanding of SDLC and system implementation processes
- Experience with GIS, ArcGIS and QGIS/Open Source GIS
- Experience with database migration or migration projects
- Ability to create BRD/FRD, process flows, blueprints, proposals and project documentation
- Strong coordination and presentation skills with Senior Management
Responsabilités
- Conduct requirement gathering and analysis from end-users
- Translate business needs into requirement documents, process flows and project blueprints
- Act as liaison between end-users, IT Head and relevant stakeholders
- Assist Project Manager in planning and monitoring project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with IT teams, users and vendors during project execution
- Oversee GIS, applications, system integration and databases
- Plan and execute database migration including data mapping, cleansing, validation and testing
- Create proposals, blueprints, documentation, reports and presentation materials
- Present project progress updates to Senior Manager and stakeholders
- Identify and monitor issues, risks, dependencies and action items until resolution
