PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani is seeking a senior product leader to own the product view across modules and manage client engagements end-to-end. You will frame goals, approve specifications, and guide trade-offs with the Project Leader and Technical Lead.

You will run weekly client cadences, lead demos and change-management efforts, and ensure adoption and expansion through your delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in product management, product consulting, or management consulting with a product deliverable.
• Proven ability to frame problems, set scope, and defend decisions with data.

Responsabilités

• Lock scope against a working prototype approved by client.
• Frame product intent and approve specifications with leaders.
• Run weekly client cadence and propose next steps.
• Lead demos, training strategy, and change-management communication.
• Orchestrate day-to-day squad activities and allocate modules.
• Evaluate change requests and warn when scope diverges.
• Secure feasibility verdict from Technical Lead before commitments.
• Grow a Product Consultant to this seat.
• Own the product deliverable end-to-end against client metrics.
• Drive adoption and potential expansion after delivery.
