Job summary

Legends Bistro Bar & Sports in Bali is seeking an experienced Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. This full-time role focuses on high standards of preparation, quality, and presentation across a busy kitchen environment.

You will oversee operations, train staff, manage inventory, and develop new menu items while ensuring hygiene and cost control. A culinary certification and international hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook in a busy restaurant or hospitality establishment.
• Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines, with flexibility to adapt to different culinary styles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices and kitchen health regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage kitchen team members effectively.
• Creativity and innovation in menu development and food presentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications preferred.
• Experience working in international or tourist-destination restaurants is advantageous.
