Job summary

The Butchers Club Steak House in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated cook/chef to join our kitchen brigade. In this full-time role you will prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our menu specifications, contributing to the high standard of dining we offer.

You will work closely with front-of-house, maintain hygiene, support menu development, and participate in training to uphold exceptional cuisine and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a cook/chef in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in Bali.
