Job summary

Legends Bistro Bar & Sports in Bali is seeking a skilled Butler to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest service standards for a luxury venue.

As a Butler, you will anticipate guests' needs, coordinate with departments, train junior staff, and act as a brand ambassador. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a butler, guest services or front office role within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional, personalised guest service in upscale venues.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in additional languages highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Professional demeanour and impeccable grooming standards befitting a luxury establishment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure with difficult guests.
• Knowledge of hospitality service protocols, etiquette and best practices.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and guest services software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Experience in the Bali hospitality market or similar luxury destinations would be preferred
