Job summary

Bitget is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth in the encryption and digital assets space. You will expand partner networks, promote user growth, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to onboard new clients and sustain activity.

You should bring CFD/FX/securities BD experience, a strong network with brokers or IBs, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Possess background in CFD/foreign exchange/securities industry, with experience in BD, sales or customer development.
• Familiar with the brokerage system, understand the brokerage business model, trading process, commission or rebate structure.
• Priority will be given to those who have securities firms, IB, trading-related clients or cooperative resources.
• Interested in or have relevant work experience in the encryption industry, willing to delve into digital assets and trading products.
• Possess good communication skills, business negotiation skills, and self-motivation, able to independently promote business.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Fluent in English and local language

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote BD in the encryption/crypto space to grow user activity and transaction volume.
• Expand and maintain partner and customer resources, including financial customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to support onboarding and ongoing transactions.
• Collect market feedback, maintain clear communications, and help drive product/business optimization.
• Track business goals and data performance, prepare regular reviews and reports.
