Job summary

Stockbit / Bibit is seeking a Product Marketing professional to connect customer needs with crypto product capabilities and market opportunities to develop clear messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.

Working closely with Product, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Compliance teams, you will help make crypto products easier to understand, more relevant to customers, and ready for launch and continued growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related role in fintech/financial services/tech.
• Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and GTM planning.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear customer communications.
• Interest in crypto, digital assets, and evolving fintech landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Analytical skills using customer insights and performance data to guide decisions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Balance customer-friendly communication with accuracy and compliance.
• Experience marketing crypto products or digital asset platforms.
• Familiarity with crypto trading, blockchain concepts, stablecoins, and digital asset custody.
• Experience in regulated fintech environment.
• Experience developing customer education programs or financial literacy content.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, experimentation, and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging for crypto features and customer segments.
• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives for new crypto products with cross-functional teams.
• Research customer needs, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Create educational content to help customers understand crypto products and risks.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Creative teams on campaigns and communications.
• Monitor product and campaign performance and share recommendations to improve metrics.

What You\'ll Do

• Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for crypto features and customer segments.
• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives for new crypto products, features, and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and inform product and marketing decisions.
• Create and improve educational content that helps customers understand crypto products, digital assets, and relevant risks.
• Partner with Digital Marketing and Creative teams to develop campaigns and product communications across relevant channels.
• Monitor product and campaign performance, identify opportunities to improve awareness, activation, engagement, and retention, and share recommendations with stakeholders.
• Work with Product, Operations and Compliance to ensure launches and customer communications are accurate and aligned.
• Use customer feedback and performance data to refine product messaging, marketing programs, and the overall customer experience.

What We\'re Looking For
