Job summary

CAKAP is seeking a capable Branch Manager to lead our Jakarta center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure student safety and center cleanliness, and manage learning timetables.

You will also drive staff quality, handle essential administrative tasks, and steer marketing to grow revenue and student numbers. The role requires leadership, business acumen, and a Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience in branch management, customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensure student safety, keep the center clean, and manage learning timetables.
• Lead and improve staff and teacher quality.
• Handle key administrative tasks for the center.
• Ensure OKR targets (revenue, profitability, student numbers, satisfaction, retention) meet budget.
• Prepare annual business plan and monthly management reports.
• Develop and execute marketing activities to leverage local business potential.
