Job summary

Cakap in Jakarta is seeking a capable Center Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure student safety, maintain cleanliness, and manage learning timetables. You will lead the center’s staff and teachers, driving high standards across services and education delivery.

The role focuses on achieving OKRs for revenue, profitability, student numbers, satisfaction, and retention, within the annual budget. You will also prepare annual plans and monthly reports, while creating targeted marketing

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Strong managerial skills and solid business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience as Branch Manager, Customer Service, or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations including student safety and learning timetables.
• Manage and improve the quality of center staff and teachers.
• Perform essential administrative tasks for the center.
• Ensure branch achievement of OKR targets (revenue, profitability, student numbers, satisfaction, retention) per annual budget.
• Prepare annual business plan and monthly management reports.
• Create consistent marketing activities and leverage local business potential.
