Job summary

Cakap in Jakarta is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, ensure student safety, maintain cleanliness, and manage learning timetables.

You will lead staff development, handle key administrative tasks, and drive the branch to meet OKR targets (revenue, profitability, student numbers and satisfaction) in line with the annual budget; you’ll also prepare annual plans and monthly reports, with strong English and Bahasa and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Branch Manager, Customer Service, and Salesperson.
