Job summary

ASUS Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager for Central Sumatera (Pekanbaru) to drive growth through dealer development and market execution. You will oversee daily operations of the Pekanbaru branch and lead a regional team to meet sales targets.

Reporting to head office, you will manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and enterprise clients, implement local marketing plans, and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic record preferred.
• 5+ years of branch management experience, ideally in IT/tech.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data-driven decision making with quantitative/qualitative metrics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Central Sumatera branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and enterprise clients.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies with the national marketing team.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to maximize performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for product availability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Act as liaison between the branch and head office for seamless communication.
