Job summary

Skavana Consumer Partners is seeking an experienced Central Kitchen Operations Manager to lead the development and ongoing operations of a central kitchen for our F&B portfolio. You will drive setup from the ground up, implement SOPs, and establish production workflows to ensure quality and efficiency across all outlets.

You will manage food production planning, inventory, procurement, and cost control while upholding strict food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale F&B operations.
• Experience in central kitchen processes and SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and inventory management.
• Ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end central kitchen operations from setup to daily running.
