Qualifications

• Strong background in food production and Central Kitchen operations.
• Experience leading medium to large production teams.
• Knowledge of production planning, food cost, yield, wastage, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Central Kitchen and daily production operations.
• Oversee production supporting brand and B2B orders.
• Develop and manage production plans and schedules based on demand, orders, workforce, and available capacity.
• Ensure production is completed on time and meets required quantity and quality standards.
• Monitor and control food cost, yield, wastage, productivity, and production efficiency.
• Ensure consistency with approved recipes, specifications, portion sizes, and product standards.
• Establish, refine, and enforce SOPs and production workflows.
• Manage workforce planning, shift schedules, workload allocation, and team productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and team members.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA, Finance/Cost Control, Sales, Brand Operations, and Product Development
