Job summary

Sec Bowl is hiring a Head of Supply Chain Management to lead the full SCM function across Central Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing. You will report to the Director of Operations and drive strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost controls.

The role requires 8-10 years in SCM/Purchasing, preferably in F&B, with 3-5 years in leadership. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, along with a robust supplier network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing, preferably in F&B, restaurant, retail, FMCG, or other multi-outlet businesses.
• Experience at FnB is a must
• 3-5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role
• Strong skills in purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation
• Proven ability to develop multiple sourcing options for critical materials to reduce supply risk
• Strong analytical skills, with good command of Excel/Google Sheets for purchasing and cost analysis
• Experience managing Central Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing is highly preferred
• A strong network of F&B vendors and suppliers is a big plus
• Proactive, resourceful, commercially aware, and comfortable handling both strategy and day-to-day operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency
• Lead purchasing strategy, sourcing, and supplier management, including price comparisons, market benchmarking, and commercial negotiations
• Build a diverse, reliable supplier base so key raw materials and packaging never depend on just one or two suppliers
• Oversee Central Kitchen operations: capacity, food safety, product consistency, quality, and cost control
• Oversee Warehouse and Logistics: inventory accuracy, stock availability, and timely, cost-efficient delivery to all outlets
• Improve SCM policies, SOPs, systems, and controls
• Track key KPIs: purchase price, cost savings, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, wastage, and logistics costs
• Develop and strengthen the SCM team, especially in sourcing, negotiation, and commercial awareness
• Provide regular purchasing analysis, sourcing options, and cost-saving recommendations to management
