PT Halimjaya Sakti (Ando Footwear) seeks a results-driven Modern Trade Acquisition Specialist to lead our Central Java expansion. You will identify and secure new Modern Trade accounts, negotiate listings, and manage listings to drive sell-through while coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless execution.

The role is field-based with regular travel across Central Java, focusing on opening new accounts and growing sales, with a performance-based incentive structure.

Formación

• Proven experience in Modern Trade, B2B, or FMCG sales, ideally with a track record of opening new accounts.
• Fluent in English communication; strong network with Modern Trade retailers is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and win new Modern Trade accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarket chains, regional retailers).
• Close the deal: negotiate commercial agreements including pricing and trading terms.
• Drive the listing process end to end from first pitch to products on display.
• Grow sales in existing accounts and improve sell-through in territory.
• Leverage AI tools for lead generation and market mapping to find opportunities faster.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for smooth deal execution.
• Track pipeline, listings, and sell-through to guide growth moves.
