Job summary

PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA is seeking an organized Modern Trade Administration to join the Sales & Commercial team in Indonesia.

You will manage all operational and administrative aspects of Modern Trade channels, collaborating with Key Account Executives and local distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely payments. You will handle PO processing, invoicing, price lists, promotions, and master data, while preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasting data.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade operational processes, terms, listing procedures, and distributor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) and familiar with ERP systems (Kingdee ERP a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate across internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration for Modern Trade accounts, including order processing, PO, invoicing, delivery notes, and payment tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date account databases, price lists, promotion listings, listing fees, and Master Data across MT accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, stock availability reports, and promotion tracking analysis.
• Handle customer claim procedures, trade term agreements, RTV, and administrative dispute resolution.
• Work with KAE to execute promo plans, channel campaigns, and product listing strategies.
• Assist KAE in preparing quarterly sales presentations, business reviews, and account forecasting data.
• Act as internal liaison between KAE, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely payments.
• Monitor product availability, shelf display compliance, and stock levels across key account chains.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative processes with local distributors, sub-distributors, or regional agents serving Local Key Accounts.
