Job summary

PT Sukanda Djaya in Medan is seeking a Supervisory leader to drive sales targets in modern trade. You will develop and motivate the sales force, plan and execute trade and consumer promotions, and secure visibility across outlets and events.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least two years as a Supervisor in modern trade or key account roles within FMCG, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to manage a team to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 years experience as Supervisor Modern Trade or Key Account Supervisor in FMCG.
• Good relationships with buyers in national modern trade market (e.g., Indomart, Alfamart, Lotte, Hypermart).
• Strong leadership to monitor SMD activities and direct a team.
• Target oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales target in modern trade area.
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions.
• Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives.
