Formación

• 2+ years of experience as Supervisor in a café or casual restaurant in Bali
• Strong, clear English for international guests
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia for team communication
• Friendly, guest-first personality with genuine floor presence
• Basic knowledge of café and barista operations and POS systems (e.g., Moka POS or similar)
• Honest, reliable, and respectful of local culture and team dynamics

Responsabilidades

• Lead the floor during daily rushes (breakfast to evening), welcoming guests, managing table flow, and resolving customer feedback on the spot
• Supervise, train, and support service and barista staff with clear communication and a positive attitude
• Build fair weekly schedules, balancing busy tourist days with staff leave and Balinese ceremonies (upacara)
• Ensure high standards for food quality, specialty coffee presentation, hygiene, and venue cleanliness
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cash drawer balancing, POS closing, and basic stock ordering
