Job summary

PT Eskrim Enak Indonesia is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee daily café operations in Bali. You will lead service staff, coordinate between kitchen and service, and ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards while maintaining a high guest experience.

Requirements include prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and good English. Preference for candidates based in Bali who can start on-site between 20–25 October.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Supervisor / Senior Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Preference for candidates currently based in Bali.
• Available to start on-site at the end of October (20-25 October).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café/restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor service staff performance.
• Ensure food & beverage quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and manpower requirements.
• Assist with staff training and service standard improvement.
• Support inventory control and daily operational reporting.
