Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role involving requirements gathering, specification writing, and UAT.
• Experience in a product or technology department, preferably in a digital application or software environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in screening, HR technology, or related services industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, needs, and workflow challenges.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flow diagrams and visual documentation for requirements communication.
• Collaborate with Head of Product & Solutions, stakeholders, and IT to validate requirements before development.
• Identify opportunities to improve applications and processes with new features and AI-powered solutions.
