Job summary

We are looking for Business Analysts who can work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into practical business and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives

Analyze business processes and IT systems to identify problems, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Define business and system requirements and translate them into practical solutions

Support the design and implementation of IT systems and digital solutions

Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Lead or coordinate project activities and work closely with clients, vendors, and project members

Provide recommendations on business processes, IT solutions, and technology best practices

Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentation materials for clients and project stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with good academic results from a reputable university

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, IT Consultant, or in a similar role

Hands-on experience in system implementation projects

Experience in business requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system requirements definition

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Business-level fluency in English

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional project teams

CV must be submitted in English

Preferred

Experience in ERP implementation projects

Experience in upstream IT consulting, such as IT strategy, IT planning, system planning, or IT governance

Experience in business process design and/or system architecture design

Experience leading projects or workstreams

Strong logical thinking and documentation skills
