Job summary

Integrity Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Analyst to bridge business needs with product, technology, and operations. You translate requirements into clear specifications, support development and testing, and identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and user experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Head of Product & Solutions, IT, UI/UX, and QA, while working on process improvements and data-driven recommendations across applications and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business/product analysis or related
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with BRD/ BSD, user stories, and process diagrams is desirable

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives and translate requirements into clear specifications
• Identify opportunities to improve applications and processes
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate UAT with stakeholders
• Analyze data from applications/websites to identify trends and improvements
• Collaborate with UI/UX, IT, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
