Responsibilities

• Submit system development schedule to Head of Software Solutions.
• Monitor the system development schedule and ensure alignment with user requirements.
• Provide alternative solutions and modifications to fulfill user requirements.
• Arrange documentation analysis and design according to user needs.
• Confirm overall content before completion of the application system development.
• Submit input for troubleshooting and fix related bugs.
• Create reports and provide user guides for related users.
