Job summary

PositiveLinks Asia in Jakarta is seeking a Product IT Business Analyst to join a growing technology team. The role supports existing products and new solutions, including a potential product with an AI element. You’ll work across Product, IT and Sales to understand customer needs, shaping solutions and presenting them to clients.

The position emphasizes not being a purely traditional BA and requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver effective outcomes throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, DMS or other B2B software/solutions is an advantage.
• Experience working with FMCG or large enterprise clients is an advantage.
• Strong English communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and supporting Sales during solution presentations/pre-sales.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support pre-sales activities and present suitable product/solution offerings to clients.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Work with business, product and technology teams to translate customer needs into workable product/solution requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, developers, QA and project managers throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Facilitate UAT and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the delivery process.
• Support the development and rollout of new products and solutions.
