Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies and documentation.
Experience creating system documentation (UML, ERD, flowcharts).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear system documentation (BRD, flowcharts, UML, ERD).
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
Support system design and ensure alignment with business needs.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for system improvement and optimization.
Assist in system testing, validation, and requirement clarification.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with development progress.
