Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee internal regulations, ensure policy compliance, and map business processes at head office. The role emphasizes drafting, review, and risk identification across ISO 9001:2015-aligned governance frameworks.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in process/quality management, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in Word and Visio to document and communicate processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Industrial engineering or Business management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in Business Process or Quality Management preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Review the internal regulations proposed by Respective Leaders.
• Draft the internal regulation in accordance with management direction.
• Review revision or update of internal regulation as set by management.
• Ensure internal regulations are documented.
• Foster compliance with regulations for all employees.
• Map Business Process for Head Office to support processes.
• Identify risks in mapped business processes.
• Manage Global Information Portal (GIP) access and document uploads.
• Manage document circulation and disposal monitoring.
• Exercise authority per Delegation of Authority Guideline.

Job description

• Review the internal regulations proposed by Respective Leaders
• Draft the internal regulation in accordance with management direction.
• Review of the revision or update of internal regulation that has been set.
• Ensuring the internal regulations have been documented.
• Foster compliance of regulations of all employees.
• Mapping Business Process for all Head Office to support all business process running well.
• Identifying the risk of business process that already mapped.
• Manage Global Information Portal (GIP) such as user access, document upload.
• Manage document circulation and monitoring disposal document
• Exercise authority in accordance with Delegation of Authority Guideline

Requirements :

• Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree all field of study, Industrial engineering/Business management Business are preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in Business Process/Quality Management are preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Understand the operation of Microsoft Word and Visio.
• Knowledge of Risk Management, to be mapping on the risk register, and also applicate on the business.
• Knowledge of Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 running on the Business.
