Job summary

PT Siaga Abdi Utama in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Business Executive to drive sales growth in HRIS and Digital & Technology products, building strong partnerships with new and existing clients. You will meet and exceed targets, negotiate with clients, and develop long-term relationships while collaborating with marketing and product teams to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor graduates from reputable universities, preferred from Marketing, Business, or similar field of studies.
• 0-2 years' experiences in Business Development and Sales.
• Able to perform exceed expectations under tight deadline and targets.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Having knowledge of social media analytics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions).
