Job summary

EBC Financial Group is seeking a driven Business Development professional in Jakarta to identify and secure new clients, build lasting relationships, and tailor fintech solutions to client needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, while monitoring market trends and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has a strong network, excellent communication, and a track record of achieving targets in financial services.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree holder.
• Experience in Business Development in Fintech or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong network of business contacts and relationships with key industry players.
• Indonesian language fluency; English or Mandarin is a plus.
