Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive outbound outreach and lead generation in a dynamic SaaS/HR context. You will research targets, initiate contact via text/email/calls, and coordinate meetings between client decision makers and our business development team.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales, lead generation, or sales canvassing experience.
• Proven experience in independently sourcing/generating leads from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ANUM).
• Experience in SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
• Well-polished professional communication via text, email, and calls.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets.
• Result-oriented mindset.
