Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to prospect, qualify, and convert leads for our SaaS HR solutions. You will engage potential clients via text, email, and calls while coordinating meetings with key decision makers.

The role emphasizes tracking outreach results and developing effective sales strategies. A minimum 1 year of hunter sales experience is required, with a strong, results-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales experience.
• Proven experience in independently sourcing leads from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT, ANUM).
• Experience in SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
• Well-polished professional communication via text, email, and calls.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Result-oriented mindset.
