Customer Operations: Maintain and manage 1688's clients, resolve after-sales and payment-related pain points, and drive conversion and repurchase rates. (1688 is an e-commerce platform, the biggest difference is that there are wholesalers/sellers in this platform).
Market Localization: Collaborate with the team to formulate localized strategies, and provide operational enablement and execution support.
Channel Expansion: Develop and expand relationships with local sourcing agents, logistics providers, and e-commerce sellers.
Fluency in English are required (Working language).
Priority will be given to candidates with existing cross-border logistics channels and a strong network of e-commerce sellers.
