Job summary

Pt Gandasari Group Investama is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics, warehousing, transportation management, reverse logistics, and 3PL performance. The role focuses on optimizing the supply chain, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners in Indonesia.

You will drive cost efficiency, manage logistics budgets, and ensure project delivery support while maintaining high standards in safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years in Logistics or Supply Chain management with warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics and supplier performance.
• 3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role in ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large-scale supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation operations, reverse logistics, international trade, customs, freight management, and compliance.
• Experience managing 3PLs, transportation vendors, warehouses, and supplier performance.
• Understanding of telecommunications equipment logistics, order fulfillment, and project-based logistics operations.
• Proven budgeting, cost control and financial monitoring capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ownership mindset with flexibility to support critical project activities outside regular hours.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Job Role

The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading regional logistics operations, warehousing, transportation management, reverse logistics, and third‑party logistics (3PL) performance to ensure efficient and secure supply chain execution. Acting as the primary logistics leader for the assigned region, this role oversees logistics resource planning, supplier performance, operational compliance, and risk mitigation while supporting project delivery requirements. The position requires a customer‑focused and highly organized professional capable of optimizing logistics operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium‑term logistics resource plans to support project delivery requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation activities, reverse logistics, inventory movements, and logistics compliance across the assigned region.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management with strong exposure to warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, and supplier performance management.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience within the ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large‑scale supply chain industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation operations, reverse logistics, international trade, customs processes, freight management, and logistics compliance.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics providers (3PL), transportation vendors, warehouse operations, and supplier performance.
• Good understanding of telecommunications equipment logistics, order fulfillment processes, and project‑based logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics budgeting, operational cost management, and financial monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure operational environment.
