Job summary

Elabram Systems in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Datacom Operations Lead to oversee operation and maintenance of datacom products for telecom customer support projects, with a large scope and high-quality delivery.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Back Office, and ensure all work aligns with SLA. A Bachelor’s in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in team leadership on data-communication projects, and CCIE/HCIE Datacom certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years leading data communication projects.
• Advanced knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, security, transport tech.
• CCIE or HCIE Datacom certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform discovery to understand customer goals and challenges.
• Identify and mitigate technical issues to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure deliverables stay within SLA and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly, and daily status reports to customers and management.

Job description

Responsible for operation and maintenance of datacom product. Handling telecommunication customer support project large scope and high quality. Strong teamwork and leading team member, interface communication with customer, and coordination with Back Office team.

Key responsibilities

Perform discovery to understand customer goals and challenges

Work independently to identify all technical issues and mitigate issues and risks, ensuring customer's expectation

Debug, analyze, tackle, and root cause technical issues; drive issues to closure with improvement, optimization, and preventive measures

Ensure project deliverable and scope within standard Service Level Agreement

Coordinate and manage weekly, monthly and daily status reports to customer and higher management

About you

Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related major

5+ years working as team leader or supervisor in data communication project delivery or project maintenance

Advance knowledge of networking router, switch, firewall, security, transport technology, and enterprise infrastructure

Mandatory to have CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) or HCIE (Huawei Certified ICT Expert) Datacom certification

Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment

Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills
