The ideal candidate has 3+ years in related fields, English fluency, and strong MS Office skills, with Mandarin as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Capable of making critical decisions and handling stress.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with ecommerce channels.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns.
• Develop and manage the ecommerce promotional calendar, marketing programs and budget.
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
• Perform monthly sales forecasts.
• Run AR management to dealers.
• Create a product sales menu offered to dealers.
• Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment decisions.
• Track and analyze sales results from newsletters and social media.
• Ensure stock of products offered on platforms is available.
• Provide market analysis and competitor benchmarks while identifying fashion trends.
• Facilitate upcoming and ongoing projects and test new developments to improve online customer experience.

• Tracks and analysis sales results from newsletter and social media traffic
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Ensuring the stock of products offered at platform is available
• Provides detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarks while identifying and reporting on current fashion trends
• Facilitates upcoming and ongoing projects, and test new developments to better the customer experience online

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/Economy/Business Administration or any field
• Fluent in English (Able to speak Mandarin is plus point)
• At least 3 years experiences in related field
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
