SEVEN STONES INDONESIA is seeking a senior Business Development leader to drive growth through new client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion. You will develop strategies, manage a regional sales pipeline, and lead a team to achieve targets.

The role requires 5+ years in business development or sales, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Bali/Jakarta/Lombok coverage is expected with CRM prowess and strategic relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting, property, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in CRM and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, clients, and revenue streams across Bali, Jakarta & Lombok.
• Manage and monitor sales pipeline from lead generation through onboarding.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, referral partners, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for significant clients.
• Monitor lead conversion, revenue performance, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting.
• Coach, supervise and develop the Business Development team.
• Coordinate with Legal, Immigration, FAT, Property, Marketing, and Operations for smooth handover.

Responsible for driving PT. Seven Stones Indonesia business growth through new client acquisition, revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and development of the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Business Development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, clients, business opportunities, and potential revenue streams across Bali, Jakarta & Lombok.
• Manage and monitor the overall sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and onboarding.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, referral partners, agents, and strategic business partners.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for significant clients and opportunities.
• Monitor lead conversion, revenue performance, pipeline value, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and consistent CRM management and reporting.
• Coach, supervise, and develop the Business Development team.
• Coordinate with Legal, Immigration, FAT, Property, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth client handover and service delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Consulting, Property, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in CRM and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
