Job summary

SEVEN STONES INDONESIA is seeking a senior Business Development leader to drive growth through new client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion. You will develop strategies, manage a regional sales pipeline, and lead a team to achieve targets.

The role requires 5+ years in business development or sales, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Bali/Jakarta/Lombok coverage is expected with CRM prowess and strategic relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting, property, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in CRM and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, clients, and revenue streams across Bali, Jakarta & Lombok.
• Manage and monitor sales pipeline from lead generation through onboarding.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, referral partners, and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for significant clients.
• Monitor lead conversion, revenue performance, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting.
• Coach, supervise and develop the Business Development team.
• Coordinate with Legal, Immigration, FAT, Property, Marketing, and Operations for smooth handover.
