Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical equipment industry (IVD or imaging preferred).
• Excellent communication and high efficiency.
• Sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (sales systems).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum annual sales target in the specified regions.
• Develop and manage distributors for AKD product sales and marketing activities.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with territory coverage.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to explore opportunities for local products and manufacture partners.
• Collaborate with local manufacture partners to propose Local Content (TKDN) certification.
• Collect orders from distributors in the Territory per agreement and forecasts.
• Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of the sales cycle.

Job description

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in IVD and/or Imaging Systems.
• Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
• Required skills: Sales.
• Experienced in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the specified customer’s segment in each region.
• Develop and manage distributors in regards with AKD product sales and marketing activities.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
• Coordinate with internal sales & marketing team to explore new opportunities for local product and manufacture partners.
• Collaborate with local manufacture partners to propose Local Content (TKDN) certification.
• Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
• Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
