Job summary

Mindray in Surabaya is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support patient monitor and life-support products. You will organize value-added service activities, install and troubleshoot for high-end customers, and coordinate with distributors on complex projects.

The role requires 3+ years in the field, intermediate English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred. Based in Surabaya with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Field Service Engineer, working with patient monitors and life-support products.
• Domicile in Surabaya.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with internal sales management systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate value-added service activities to SKA customers, including BME activities, service week, BME central training, and high-end customer visits.
• Provide services including installation and troubleshooting to high-end customers.
• Handle and follow up customer complaints via phone, mail or other channels in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate revenue from distributors and end users for service contracts, spare parts, labor services, upgrades, etc.
• Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up on complicated problems and large projects.
• Manage regional distributors and provide support such as technical training and monthly review meetings.
• Provide necessary technical support and team management support to the internal team.
