Job summary

Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for East Java, Bali, and Nusra to drive medical equipment sales and expand distributor networks. You will build coverage, manage orders, and nurture key customers across the full sales cycle.

The role requires 5+ years in medical devices, strong communication, and English proficiency, with MS Office and SAP experience preferred. Domicile in East Java is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical/Technical Bio-medical or related field.
• 5+ years in medical equipment industry, preferably Ultrasound.
• Excellent communication and high efficiency.
• Experience in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum annual sales target in the Territory.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage.
• Collect orders from distributors according to forecasts and schedules.
• Manage existing distributors over the Territory.
• Identify key customers and engage in all parts of the sales cycle.
• Keep in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and competition.
• Assist service/support staff with payment collection and customer complaints.

Job description

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in Ultrasound.
• Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
• Required skills: Sales.
• Experienced in managing distribution networks.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
• Domicile and coverage area: East Java, Bali, Nusra

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.
• Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
• Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors' purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
• Manage the Company's existing distributors over the Territory.
• Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
• Keep an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace.
• Assist the service and support staff to deal with the payment collection and customer complain.
