Job summary

Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking an experienced MIS regional service leader to build and manage a medical imaging system support team.

You will design regional service delivery strategies and ensure timely business delivery. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor degree in medical/biomedical fields, with 9+ years in imaging system support and 3+ years in customer or team management, plus intermediate English and SAP experience.

• Over 9 years working experience in medical imaging system support.
• Over 3 years customer management or team management experience; intermediate English writing/speaking.
• Domicile in Jakarta; proficient in MS Office and SAP / internal sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Team management: build and lead a team; set KPIs and management systems.
• Delivery management: plan and construct a regional MIS service system and strategies; ensure delivery and innovation.
• Customer management: service Indonesian customers; develop strategies and maintain relationships.
• Operation monitoring: oversee service channels to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Communication and coordination: liaise with internal/external stakeholders to maximize business performance.

Job description

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 9 years working experience as medical imaging system support products.
• Over 3 years customer management or team management experiencesIntermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
• Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Team management: Build a team of personnel and create a positive team atmosphere. Set up team KPI and management systems to improve the effectiveness of team work.
• Delivery management: Plan and construct a regional MIS (Medical Imaging System) product line service system, develop targeted MIS production line service strategies based on the current situation and differences of regional business, and ensure business delivery and continuous innovation;
• Customer management: Serving Indonesian customer service work, developing customer service strategies, and maintaining KOL relationships
• Operation monitoring: Monitor the management status of some service channels to ensure service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Communication and coordination: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers and collaborative departments, coordinate resources and promote each other to ensure maximum overall business efficiency.
