Job summary

PT Hireup Solusi Talenta is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to design and execute growth strategies across modern market channels and traditional trade. You will identify and onboard new distributors/agents/retailers, nurture relationships with modern trade buyers and wholesalers, coordinate with supply chain, travel for field visits, and drive targets with data-driven reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Management/Business/Marketing, English and Mandarin

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business, or Marketing.
Proficient in English and Mandarin, with a certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC).
4–5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Distribution Management in HORECA/FMCG.
Strong understanding of modern trade and traditional market mechanisms.
Strong negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel for field operations.
Driver's license and personal vehicle if required.
Ability to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for modern and traditional channels.
Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new distributors/agents/retailers.
Build and maintain relationships with modern trade buyers and wholesalers.
Coordinate with back-office and supply chain to ensure stock availability.
Prepare partnership proposals and negotiate terms and promotions.
Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Develop promotions and activation programs for each channel.
Ensure pricing policies and SOP compliance.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor programs at outlets.
