Job summary

SG Global Support Services seeks a friendly, well-spoken Sales Development Representative to help expand our customer base. You will generate potential leads, prepare presentation material, and connect customers with the right salesperson.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate analytical and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to attract buyers or solicit new appointments.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or from inquiries.
• Create presentation collateral for business meetings.
• Move solid leads through the marketing funnel and arrange meetings with a salesperson.
• Follow up with potential customers who did not purchase.
• Perform regular follow-up calls/emails to identify new needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales executives to meet company goals.

Job description

Job Requirements

Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new appointment with potential customers.

Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.

Putting together presentation collateral for Business Meetings

Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.

Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with pitched prospects to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

Currently studying in sales, international business, marketing, business administration, or related field in new business development.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Strong communication, interpersonal, team player.

Good time management and analytical skills.

Good to have either of Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia , Cantonese - HK Dialect , Hindi, Thai, Tagalog.
