Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.
High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Manage distributor network to achieve sales growth and excellent distribution.
Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy and plans to achieve targets.
Spend 80% of time in the field coaching, monitoring, and developing teams.
Design Journey Plans, territory management and control.
Develop the assigned market in terms of penetration and value/volume transactions.
Conduct asset tracking to avoid missing or unproductive assets.
Provide data and analysis to enable continuous improvement.
