• Minimum 4 years in B2B Sales or Business Development
• Experience in HRIS/HR Tech/SaaS or enterprise software preferred
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into business solutions
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Lead generation to closing in B2B sales cycles.
• Provide HRIS product consultation to prospects and clients.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions for customers

Job description

Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in HRIS, HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise software

Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing

Understand HRIS solutions, software workflows, integrations, and technical concepts to translate customer needs into business solutions

Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Willing to work on our office in Wiyung, Surabaya
